Matteo Pagani

He obtained a Degree in Economics from the HEC Lausanne in 1992 and, after ashort stint in UBS' finance, joined the Pagani, Wullschleger and Martinenghi Group in Lugano, where he became head of the Group’s Wealth Management Business. In 2001 he founded  Studio Fiduciario Pagani SA. Today the Pagani Group consists of 6 companies active in Corporate Finance, Asset & Portfolio Management and Real Estate Consulting and Management, and employs over 40 people in Switzerland and Asia.

In 2009, in collaboration with Banca dello Stato, it launched Residentia Real Estate Fund. Listed on the Zurich Stock Exchange, Residentia is the only real estate fund dedicated to the Italian Swiss market. Since February 2021, he has been a Service Provider for the real estate department of the UBS Group in Ticino.

In 2019 he joined RICS, Royal Institution ofChartered Surveyors.
