Ilaria Roveda

She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a thesis in Real Estate Finance and later a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management at the Politecnico di Milano. Historical and family experience in construction companies, in 2008 she joined Generali Fondi Immobiliari SGR S.p.A., Savings Management Company, Real Estate Funds for Institutional Investors. In 2012, she founded the consulting firm Reva Real Estate Valuation & Advisory in Switzerland, which is now accredited by several Swiss banks.
Since 2017 she has been a lecturer at SUPSI, Scuola Universitaria Professionale della Svizzera Italiana.
Since 2021 she has been a member of the SIV-SI Schweizer Immobilienschätzer-Verband Committee. In the same year, she obtained the SAQ Swiss CBM “Certified Board Member” certification.

Since 2011 she has been a member of RICS, Royal Institutional Chartered Suryeyors, and has been a Tutor and Assessor for the Swiss RICS Examination Board (Assessor for final assessment) for several years.
